RESPONSE - A crowd of young people dancing and partying to beats and raps does not signify a move of God.  The truth lies in the fact that when the concert is over, do they throw away the world's music? Are demons cast out of these youth?  Do they want to change their lifestyle and live according to the Word of God? Holy Hip Hop and any other form of Hip Hop are not of God because of the spirit that operates through Hip Hop.  KRS-ONE and others have been trying for years to get Hip Hop in the church and now they have through this Holy Hip Hop movement.  That's why it's hard to even tell the difference between many of these Holy Hip Hoppers and the real Hip Hoppers.  Most of them dress the same, promote the same the spirits and even imitate the real Hip Hoppers while they are rapping.  Youth pastors, Pastors, and churches should beware.  We must not allow Hip Hop in our churches or allow it to be used to reach the youth.  It's not necessary!  Youth are YOUTH!  They are attracted to beats and people that look like their worldly heroes.  Even Kanye West was able to bring 300 kids to the alter with his beats and lyrical style.  Does that mean he was of God?  Did the fruit remain?  Was the Holy Ghost in operation?  If what the Holy Hip Hoppers are saying is true, then we should just allow P. Diddy, Kanye West and JayZ to start coming and ministering to our youth groups.  After all, if Hip Hop is a tool, then anyone can use it for good or for bad right?  We must not get this confused because the enemy wants the credit for everything that we do as Christians. If we say that we, as Christians, are Holy Hip Hoppers, then we are giving the credit for our way of living or rapping to the enemy because Hip Hop rests upon his principles and doctrines and not the leading of the Holy Spirit! PROOF - Say you work for a major corporation like Sony. You come up a monster invention that no one has ever seen before. You found a way to erase old CD's that you don't listen to anymore and rerecord on them. You tell your boss, he gets the development team to build it and it's placed on the market. From this point on, no one throws away cd's or sales them because they can now rerecord them. The world is changed by your invention. Who gets the credit for the change? You or Sony? Is your name on the invention? Is your face in the stores next to your invention? NO. Even though you came up with the concept, the origin of the idea belongs to Sony. Sony employed you, owned you, established you, gave you the resources, and even put you in the mode to create because Sony created the first CD!!!

Well, if what we are doing to reach the lost, win souls for Christ, and establish the Kingdom of God is Hip Hop, then who gets the credit? God? No! The culture does because you have pledged your allegiance to them!!!!
